Scrap, ferro-alloys and fluxes are melted together, and refined in the AOD Converter and/or Ladle Furnace to achieve the final chemistry required as per technical and customer specifications. The state-of-the-art Continuous Casting Machine casts the liquid metal into billets as per the dimensions required.

The billets are ground fully or spot ground, and sent for further processing to the rolling mills.

We are increasing our production capacity in the melt shop to 10000 tons per month by adding new equipment.
